The Emergency Department : The Emergency department is open 24 hours a day to meet your emergency needs. We also have Pediatric services.

The Out-Patient Department : To be seen in the outpatient department, you need,
- To go directly to the concern clinic and register
- To call 4933000, ask operator to connect you to the connected extension, to get an appointment.
- Clinic Timings:
08:00 am to 12:00 pm 04:30 pm to 09:00 pm
If any reason you cannot come to the hospital on the day arranged, please call the appointment section on
4933000 Extn: 100 for a new appointment.
Admission : The admission office is available from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday to Thursday. When you arrive as an inpatient you should trough the admission office. For more details regarding private and insured patients please contact our admission

Nursing Care : When you first arrive at clinic the nurse will check your vital signs (temperature. pulse, blood pressure.) He / she will ask you some question about your chief complains or reason for being in the hospital.
The nurse will work to meet your healthcare needs. If you have any concern or problems please do not hesitate to tell the nurse in charge.
It is important to answer the doctors or nurses questions as accurately as possible even if they seem embarrassing.
All information will be maintained confidential.
What do you bring to the Hospital ?The admission office is available from 08:00 am to 09:00 pm, Saturday to Thursday. When you arrive as an inpatient you should trough the admission office.

Valuables :Please do not bring valuables like jewelry and huge amounts of money to the hospital. When you have the valuables please give them to a friend or a family member to keep for you. The hospital; will not accept any responsibility fro valuables kept in the ward with patients.
Nursery : Dear Mother,
A nursery is a available to take care your new born. When you want to see you baby,
please call the Head Nurse on

It is important that you must your baby back to the nursery and do not leave the baby alone when he/she is sleeping.
Play Room : The Play Room
In the hospital provides fun games, educational books, cartoons and much more for

Food Services :
During your stay in the hospital adequate meals will be provided. You may find enclosed a menu from which you can place you're requires order on

A special diet is ordered by doctor to help your recovery. If you have any problem regarding diet, a visit by the dietician can be arranged for you.
Medical Reports :The medical reports section is located at the entrance of the Central outpatient department in ground floor.
In order to get any medical reports, death certificates, stamps, sick leave approvals, any medical information from the patients file or for any report translation, you may

ARAMCO Office :The Aramco office is located at the Ground Floor. For any other required information,

Social Services :The social worker is available to assist and advise patients in social problems. If you need assistance, please notify your nurse who can arrange a visits by the social worker

Customer Services :Our Customer Services team is concerned with making sure that your hospital stay is meeting expectations. For any query you may contact our Customer Care Manager on Extn: 1410/ 1411/ 3667
Telephone Services :Each room is equipped with one or more telephones. To make local call dial "0" first the number you want to call or dial "9" and ask the operator for help. For any unwanted calls you may transfer your line to he operator.
Parking Services :Riyadh Care offers parking services to all patients / visitors. Please do not block or obstruct other cars on roadways. The road must be clear for emergencies.
Patients and sitting companion vehicles need to be registered with the Admission office to permit parking for their vehicles.
Patient Confidentiality :Only the condition of the patient and general observation will be disclosed as feedback to your enquiries. No clinical details of the patient's illness will be given.
Security :Our security section works 24 hours to ensure your safety and security. If you have

When to visit :Visitors may visit daily between 10:00 pm to 4:00 pm Visiting to other than visiting requires special permit from security.

General Information :
- Riyadh Care Hospital provides extra and facilities during your stay/visit at our
hospital.
- Please avoid outside food for the safety of our patients. You must know that our
patient any have a special diet their treatment and stay at our hospital.
- In case of any discharge, please be informed that there may be a delay of one
or two hours to complete the discharge process. Please stay in your room until formalities are completed.
- You may find information on Patients Rights & Responsibilities in your ward,
waiting areas and nursing station.
- Your room number and extension is available in the ward.
- A companion card is required for your companion stay. This can be availed from
the admission office.
- For any housekeeping or cleaning request, you may call the Head Nurse.
