Administrative Divisions

Patient Services Department (PSD): is dedicated to provide highly qualified personnel who are knowledgeable, courteous, compassionate, committed, competent and empathic toward all customers. ustomers.

We are working with medical and paramedical staff to provide optimum quality services to our customers within established policy and procedure by utilizing the available resources. The main aim of the department is to keep our customer satisfied in all levels. 

Sections in the PSD Dept :

  6. Out-Patient Department & Appointment Section.

 

Marketing Department: Marketing Department is responsible for looking after the hospital's image through proper management of marketing communications; this role includes monitoring the overall look of Riyadh Care Hospital facilities. Also, it is responsible for creating, improving, pricing, promoting and managing Riyadh Care Hospital's healthcare service products. Furthermore, Marketing Department is concerned with expanding the hospital's patient/customer base and monitoring the patient satisfaction level.

 

 

The Finance Department: of the Riyadh Care Hospital is devoted to safeguard the financial interests of the Hospital by working in a competent and professional manner.  Further, the staff of the department is wholeheartedly dedicated to provide related financial services to all the customers with utmost courtesy and in a timely manner which will enhance the Hospital’s reputation of a Health Care facility of International standards.

Sections in the Finance Dept :

  4. Company Accounting Section.

Information Technology (IT): is committed to provide the organization with computerized solutions, technical consultations, and professional specifications, which will achieve quality professional patient care.

  4. Systems Development Section.

  5. User Supports Section.

 

Manpower Department: is committed to provide the best valuable services to all hospital staff based on team effort coupled with dedication in moving forward to achieve the hospital’s objectives.

With our dedicated, highly competent and cordial staff, we are designed to orient and equip our multi-cultural staff with knowledge and awareness with standards required for various jobs.

Support Services Department: is the backbone of quality assistance care that supports work related aspects of the hospital.  Our skilled and well-trained staff with effective services from the Transportation & Communication, Domestic & Environmental Services, Security & Evacuation, Housing & Recreation Section, enable clinical staff to give our customers quality health care services at international standards through the support of our department.

Materials Management Department: is to assure the availability of the proper quality and quantity of supplies, consistent with IH/GOSI standards of patient care at the most favorable prices and at minimum expense.

Sections in the Materials Management:

  1. Medical Purchasing Section.

  2. Non-Medical Purchasing Section.

  3. Pharmaceutical Purchasing Section.

 

Maintenance Department: is dedicated to the efficient maintenance on all utilities/equipment, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.

Patient satisfaction is our primary concern and work will be carried out in a competent, courteous, timely manner that will promote positive patient health care. 

Sections in the Maintenance Department:

  1. Biomedical engineering section: Our Ultimate aim is to provide the best, fast, efficient, durable and safest Medical equipment Maintenance services to benefit the ailing patient. The diagnostic and the Therapeutic Medical equipment are maintained towards achieving the JCAHO standards. In addition we impart training to the Nursing, Paramedical staff to handle the sensitive Biomedical equipment safely as a preventive action.

    The Biomed department carries out a scheduled Planned Preventive Maintenance Program by which vital Diagnostic and Therapeutic equipment are cleaned, checked, calibrated, oiled   and repaired if need be in accordance with the specification laid out by the Manufacturer.

    Equipment maintenance history is maintained by logging the maintenance actions whenever carried out.

    Heavy duty and complex Medical equipment such as CT-Scan, MRI, Lithostar, Gamma Camera, Ultrasound equipment, X-ray equipment etc. are maintained by the Agents and are supervised by the    Biomedical department.

    Biomedical services include arranging, supervising and monitoring of   provision of Life saving Medical Gases to hospital.

    The staff consists of a Biomedical engineer and 3 technicians.

  2. Civil engineering section.

  3. Electrical engineering section.

  4. Fire & Safety section: A full-fledged Fire Brigade team Consisting of 10 Firefighters headed by Fire Brigade Chief, all working under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance work covering the 3 shifts. Fire vigilance and control practically is maintained fool proof round the clock and fire team is ready with their equipment on site of disaster within minutes of being alerted either by fire alarms or through Telephone call. The on-duty staff monitors these 24 hours. In addition to the automatic fire alarm system, communication is made through Radio-paging as well as PA system. A special code “88” is paged in this regard.

    In addition, reinforcement of additional help can be sought from the highly equipped “Civil defense fire department” should the fire blazes out of control.

    Fire alarm system, periodic monitoring of devices and the vulnerable areas are part of the routines carried out everyday as a preventive measure.

    Fire fighting Training is imparted to the hospital staff normally followed by conducting Fire alert drills, and evacuation being a part, periodically.

    Fire fighting equipment and the fire alarm monitors are checked in accordance with the Preventive Maintenance schedule and are maintained within the required standards.

    All the departmental activities are governed by the policy and procedures enacted by the fire safety committee.

  5. Mechanical engineering section.
