Official Working Hours

Out-patient Clinics (all days of the week except Fridays) From 9.30 a.m. to 11.30 p.m. and From 4.15 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.

Emergency department works 24hrs, 7 days a week.

Visiting Hours: Visiting Hours from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. daily.

Wheel Chair: In case you need a wheel chair, press the button close to your bed and call a nurse to assist you.

Flowers, Gifts and Newspapers: Should you wish to buy gifts, flowers or newspapers, you can call flower shop at ext.(1170).

Telephone Calls: During your stay, you may call the following services:

Operators (9), Information (1919 &1113) From  8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Appointments for out-patient clinics (1222 & 1223) from 8.00 to 8.00 p.m.Patient Relation Representative Male (1243), Female (3317), Patient Services Dept. (1106)

Suggestion & Complains: Riyadh Care Hospital encourage all patients and visitors to provide us with their comments, suggestions, and  their complaints (if any) to our Patient Relations at Ext. 1243.
