Qualifications:

A minimum of:

§    Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a minimum of two years related experience or

§    Diploma in Nursing with at least 5 years experience in a recognized hospital with good standards and at least two years in a specialized unit

§    Registered Nurse with a current license to practice

 

 

 

§    Communicates well in both written and verbal English

§    Must have good interpersonal skills

§    Must have good personal hygiene and be well groomed at all times

Job Summary

The Staff Nurse is a registered nurse who assumes responsibility for quality nursing care rendered professionally to patients in an assigned area while adhering to the Policies and Procedures of Riyadh Care Hospital and reflecting the Mission, Vision and Objectives of Nursing Department and Hospital in a client centered manner.

Qualifications

A minimum of:

§    Undergraduate Nursing Certification such as Midwifery or have satisfactorily completed courses that are equivalent to half the course required to graduate from an accredited hospital or university with a Bachelor's degree

§    Two (2) years experience in an acute care hospital or specialized area

§    Friendly, flexible, patient and courteous

§    Must have good interpersonal skills

§    Must be able to accept constructive criticism and be willing to learn

§    Must have good personal hygiene and be well groomed at all times

Job Summary

Functions under the direction and supervision of the Charge Nurse within a defined area of activity and has no supervisory responsibilities.  Works flexibly and cooperatively to provide nursing care to patients while always following hospital policies and procedures and reflecting the Mission, Vision, and Objectives of the Nursing Department and Hospital in a client centered manner.  Entitled to perform all usual Registered Staff Nurse functions except to dispense or sign for medications.

Riyadh Care Hospital ran a one day First Aide Course

A one day First Aide Course for ARAMCO Staff Families (Ladies) was held in the Main Lecture Hall of the hospital on 24 November 2005.

 

The course covered the following topics:

BURNS

BLEEDINGS

FRACTURES

POISONINGS
